Bill Salter is an 82-year-old businessman (architect), Air Force veteran, father of two sons and has been married for 57 years to a most incredible Godly wife and friend. 

With over 45 years of studying and  writing about God’s story and plan for mankind as revealed in His inspired Word, Bill has purposed to expand his outreach to an audience of those who are likewise passionately pursuing understanding and insight into Scripture and theologically sound typical books. His traditional conservative position is that the Bible is inerrant, inspired by the Holy Spirit, and it is the incorruptible and eternal Seed, that when taken into man’s heart, bears priceless spiritual fruit and blessings.

Bill, by his calling and purpose is a “seed sower”, loving to seed God’s truths to men. His last name, Salter, speaks to that: one who “salts” men with scriptural truth as best as he understands. In summary, Bill remains a consummate student, forever learning and seeking clarification into Biblical precepts and doctrines.

Tozer, Ray Stedman, Henry Blackaby, Chip Ingram, Herbert Lockyer, Miles Stanford, Dr. Erwin Lutzer and the incredible Bible teacher & illustrator Clarence Larkin (deceased) (Book: “Dispensational Truth: God’s Plan & Purpose in the Ages”, published in 1918).
